HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS

  • We are requiring all students to pre-register through Momence (see above for the updated class schedule).

  • The Studio opens 15 minutes before class.

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to set up your space and get in the "zone". If you are a new student, come 10 minutes early to get set up.

  • We have mats and props for you to borrow, but you can also bring your own if you prefer. 

  • Please leave shoes outside the door, and we have cubbies for your personal belongings.

  • Injuries or issues affecting your physical practice should be discussed with the instructor prior to class so they can modify the practice to your needs.

  • Please stay home and take care of yourself if you have a contagious illness or any symptoms of illness, we want you to get healthy faster so you can join us sooner!

  • Most importantly, this practice is for you to grow, heal, change  and explore, we hope you find a home here at the studio and we appreciate your support. Honor yourself and your body and the rest will flow abundantly.
